Your first contact with us can result in viewing of properties selected by you after discussion and guidance from our staff. All the answers to your questions will flow from this first contact.

You will, of course, need to know details of rent, how to proceed with legal aspects, moving in procedures, utilities management, DMS’s maintenance responsibilities, our privacy policy and answers to every other question you can think of.

This will be dealt with through personal contact with our very experienced staff, who will also hand you an information pack. Remember our 30 years of experience!

When everyone is satisfied, you will proceed with signing a Tenancy Agreement, together with your co-tenants, if you are part if a joint tenancy.
